The Plein Air Southwest Salon recently announced its awards, chosen by Kenn Erroll Backhaus. Who won in the Lone Star State?

John Porter Lasater IV won Best in Show for “Marina at Dusk,” and Carole Devereaux won Artists’ Choice in the Quick Paint for “Donkey Heaven.” Lon Brauer’s “Tin Soldier” won People’s Choice.
