The exhibit will be on view from September 2 through September 30 at the Coastal Arts League Gallery & Museum in Half Moon Bay, California. A public reception will be held on Saturday, September 8 from 5 to 7 p.m., during which visitors can meet the contributing artists and talk about their approaches to painting outdoors. The Coastal Arts League is located at 300 Main Street in Half Moon Bay and is open Friday through Monday from noon to 5 p.m.

Half Moon Bay Plein Air Painters set up their easels on coastal shores and beaches and at local lighthouses, yacht harbors, barns, flower-filled fields, and historic buildings in the vicinity of greater Half Moon Bay. Peninsula Outdoor Painters focus on scenes from Saratoga to San Francisco that have included Crissey Field and the San Francisco waterfront, Golden Gate Park, the village of Woodside, and Palo Alto's Gamble Gardens.

Most works are available for purchase. For directions to the Coastal Arts League Gallery & Museum visit www.coastalartsleague.com.
