Artists from all over the world will gather in Chicago in July for the 8th International Urban Sketchers Symposium.
The Urban Sketching movement continues to gather momentum, drawing people from various fields. Plein air painters join Urban Sketch outings to enjoy the camaraderie and strengthen their drawing skills. Architects get a chance to more freely explore their creativity. Those outside of the arts can pursue their passion, their hobby. The international meetings of the loosely organized umbrella organization are beloved among Urban Sketching enthusiasts.
