Yeah, sure, Wisconsites are tough, and don’t tell people from Wyoming that winter is hard where you live. But Antonin Passemard and Ulrich Gleiter are tougher.

“I and Antonin have been painting together in Karelia, a region north of Saint Petersburg for the past two weeks, and we will paint together for another week,” Gleiter reports. “It is springtime as you can see in the photograph … Well, yes, spring in northern Russia….”
