On the opening day of the 1st Annual Plein Air Convention & Expo, Peter Adams will offer an inspiring demonstration of how he uses plein air pastel paintings to create larger works in his studio using the same direct medium. He will be referring to some of the amazing pastels he has created that capture the light of a setting sun as it penetrates low-hanging clouds and reflects off water.

When Ed S. Brickler demonstrates painting materials and techniques on April 14th during the 1st Annual PleinAir Convention & Expo, he will offer information about new products and procedures that are tremendously valuable to plein air painters. In addition to being a professional artist, Brickler is the Fine Art Director & Technical Consultant for Canson, Arches, and Royal Talens.
