Gil Dellinger was recently elected to be the new President of the Plein Air Painters of America, one of the oldest and most prestigious groups in the country. Donald Demers and John Cosby were elected to be Vice Presidents, Raleigh Kinney will be the Treasurer, and Jean Perry will serve as Sergeant at Arms.

7th Annual Sedona Plein Air Festival

Betty Carr won the Best of Show award on October 28, 2011 at the conclusion of the 7th Annual Sedona Plein Air Festival in Sedona, Arizona. Other award winners included Bruce Gomez (Artists’s Choice Award) and Williamson Tapia (2012 Poster Award, sponsored by PleinAir magazine and Sedona Arts center).

Transparent Watercolor Outdoors
