Julia Kostsova, “Sunset Dinner at Venetian Village,” 2015, oil on canvas, 36 x 48 inches

Plein air impressionist painters Julia Kostova, Rustem Stahurski, Viktorija Bulava, Irina Alexandrina, and Mikhail Shapovalenko will each be represented during a colorful group exhibition at East West Fine Art.

Opening January 17 and continuing through August 31 at East West Fine Art in Naples, Florida, “Florida through Russian Eyes” highlights how five Russian plein air artists capture the charm of the streets of the beachfront community as well as the beautiful Florida coastline. “Feel the warmth of the sun,” the gallery says, “the spray of the sea and tranquility under the shady trees in their captivating renditions of Naples. The artists created these collections on location specifically for East West Fine Art.”
