One of the foremost plein air organizations in America is getting a new board of directors at the first of October. Who are they?
The Plein Air Painters of America (PAPA) recently let us know that it will undergo a change in leadership in October 2017. Matt Smith will take over from Andy Evansen as president of the organization while Ralph Oberg will become the treasurer. Other board members will include Dan Young, Jill Carver, Len Chmiel, and Joseph McGurl.
