Contemporary California painters display their art alongside historical works and California plein air paintings in a special exhibition.
Gallery McCollum in Laguna Beach, California, hosts “A California Tradition,” featuring three generations of California artists. Featured artists include Ken Auster, John Burton, Robin Hall, Debra Huse, Peggi Kroll-Roberts, Michael Logan, Mike Obermeyer, Ray Roberts, Vanessa Rothe, Jeff Sewell, Kevin Short, and Patrick Tobin. These contemporary artists will exhibit paintings alongside historical works by Joseph Kleitsch and William Wendt. The exhibition opens August 9, with a reception from 6-8 p.m.
