The Worcester County Arts Council opened registration on May 1 for the 4th annual “Paint Berlin” plein air competition, in Berlin, Maryland. The top prize is $1,000.
“Rainy Morning,” by Anne Schaefer, was painted at last year’s “Paint Berlin” event.
The event, which will be held September 19 through 21, includes a “Wet Paint” exhibition and sale at the Atlantic Hotel on September 21. The roster will be restricted to 50 artists.
