Through December 23, plein air artists on the island of Hawaii will be featured in a show at Kahilu Theater in Waimea. “This is an important show that brings together the three major plein air groups on the Big Island,” says Richard Rochkovsky, one of the participating artists.

More than 30 painters were juried into the show, most hailing from Kohala, Kona, or Hilo. More than a dozen demos by participating artists were scheduled for the month of December.
