Carol enjoys painting barns and outbuildings using their shapes to create a pleasing design.
These historic barns are located in Crested Butte, Colorado.
Carol resides in the small community of Ward, located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
Her love of painting started at an early age and she received her training at the School of the Museum of Fine Art in Boston and later taking workshops with acclaimed artists throughout the west.
A passion and skill for plein air painting has infused her work with a style that is always spontaneous and fresh.
Carol has participated in numerous national juried and invitational exhibits across the country. To her credit Carol has recieved many awards throughout her career.
Carol’s work has been featured in several national art magazines including Southwest Art Magazine and American Art Collector.
