oil painting of leopard shark
Leopard Shark Beto’s Reef, oil on canvas, 16x20 in, available through the artist.

Theodore Heublein: This lovely leopard shark was observed while scuba diving in Point Lobos State Natural Reserve at Beto’s Reef in approximately 117fsw (Feet of salt water depth). This painting was featured in ‘Above and Below Point Lobos State Natural Reserve’ in Pacific Grove in September-October 2021. This painting captures that fluid, fleeting, beautiful moment it swam between my buddy and myself.
