“Ocean City, Maryland, is a fabulous backdrop for plein air painting,” says Rina Thaler, executive director of the Art League of Ocean City. “We offer the solitude of the marshes, the beauty of the beaches, and the excitement of the boardwalk and commercial fishing harbor for artists to express.”
