Thirty plein air painters will congregate in the Allegheny Mountains in October for the 5th Annual Bath County Plein Air Festival. To be one of them, prepare your application now.
The event will run Oct. 2-8 and its headquarters will be Warm Springs, VA. More than $6,000 in prize money is on the line. The organizers boasts of “panoramic vistas, meandering streams and open meadows, family farms, and charming village scenes” for participants to paint.
