On April 27, the Autry Museum and John Geraghty teamed up with the California Art Club to present their Annual Plein Air Paint Out and Luncheon at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach, California.

This was a semi-private event where members were able to purchase tickets in order to have the opportunity for an “up close and personal visit” with some of the best plein air painters of the region. About 20 artists, including Peter Adams, Jon Budicin, John Cosby, Karl Dempwolf, Lynn Gertenbach, Calvin Liang, Conchita O’Kane, Daniel Pinkham, Junn Roca, Alexey Steele, Scott W. Prior, Mian Situ, and Michael Situ all painted on location along the colorful coastline.
Armand is an inspiring teacher as well as an accomplished painter.
