Idyllic 19th-century landscapes by historical Connecticut artist Nelson Augustus Moore feature in an upcoming exhibition.
“Nelson Augustus Moore: Connecticut Water, Hills, and Sky” opens September 20 at the New Britain Museum of American Art in New Britain, Connecticut. An opening reception will be held on October 12, from 2-5 p.m. The show continues through January 11, 2015.
