Anyone who has visited Brown County knows how beautiful that corner of Indiana is. For the second year, the Brown County Art Guild held the Villagescape Plein Air Paint Out and awarded prizes to artists. Who captured the beauty?

Judge Bobbie K. Owens chose Ronnie Mack for First Place, getting him $1,000, for his oil painting “Sunday Morning.” Donna Shortt took Second Place with the pastel “Twin Peaks.” Joel Knapp earned Third with “Roses on the Fence.” Wayne Campbell and Dave Voelpel won Honorable Mention.
