The Oil Painters of America has announced which fortunate artists will be joining such Master painters as Calvin Liang, Daniel Greene, and Alan Wolton at its 23rd Annual National Juried Exhibition.
 
The acceptance list for the 23rd Annual National Juried Exhibition of Traditional Oils has recently been posted online.
 
These selected artists will display works next to those of participating OPA Masters Kenn Backhaus, Warren Chang, Nancy Crookston, Daniel Greene, Albert Handell, Nancy Howe, Ed Kucera, Steven Lang, Calvin Liang, Michael Mao, Joyce Pike, Craig Tennant, and Alan Wolton.
 
The OPA National Juried Exhibition will be held at the Bennington Center for the Arts in Bennington, Vermont, from June 7 through July 27. An opening reception will be held on June 7, from 5-8 p.m., followed by an awards presentation with the exhibition’s juror, OPA Master Charles Movalli.
 
Surrounding the exhibition’s opening, an exciting week of events will include a tour of the exhibition “American Art: Colonial Period Through Mid-Twentieth Century” at the Williams College Museum of Art, led by Fine Art Connoisseur editor Peter Trippi; painting demonstrations with artists Zhiwei Tu, Mary Qian, Lori McNee, Roger Dale Brown, and Derek Penix; and informative presentations byDaniel Keys, William Chambers, and Alan Wolton.
