A 10-day plein air painting competition to benefit and protect the scenic Cache La Poudre River, in Northern Colorado, will be held July 1 through July 11 in Fort Collins. Entries for the show are due May 10.
Presented by two Colorado artists, Diane Edwards and Marie Massey, the competition will be judged by Lorenzo Chavez. A show featuring as many as three works brought by artists to the start of the competition — plus any paintings completed during the competition — will be held July 12 through 14 at COCOA Art Gallery in Fort Collins, Colorado.
