Through August 30, more than 40 pieces by 27 members of the Plein-Air Painters of America are on view at the Cape Cod Museum of Art. 

“Looking East: Plein-Air Painters of America” will be at the Dennis, Massachusetts, venue until the end of August, when selected pieces will move to Tree’s Place Gallery in Orleans, Massachusetts (September 5-19). Featured artists hail from everywhere from California (Randall Sexton) to Connecticut (Christopher Blossom), from Arizona (Raleigh Kinney) to Minnesota (Joseph Paquet). Both plein air and studio work will be on view.
