The New Hampshire Art Association is hosting a plein air competition in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, July 17-19.
Carol Aronson-Shore, a professor emeritus at the University of New Hampshire, will serve as juror. Top prize is $300. The Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery in Portsmouth will serve as host.
