The Plein Air Painters of America (PAPA) is presenting its 2026 National Exhibition and Sale. The show is hosted by the Thunderbird Foundation Gallery, to be held at the historic Maynard Dixon Home & Studio in Mt. Carmel, UT.

Show closing: July 6, 2026

Over 100 paintings from at least 40 artists’ studios, as well as works created outdoors on location, will be for sale. Landscape paintings will be featured from the artists’ choice of locations throughout America.
Approximately 30 Signature PAPA members will be in attendance on the opening weekend. In addition to the main exhibition, many members will also participate in a sale of their field works painted during the week leading up to the show opening. These fresh works will be available Saturday, May 16.
