We love to hear from the Plein Air Today community! The following is part of a series that spotlights an artist who loves painting outdoors. Today’s feature is from Sloane Keats.
“My best plein air adventures have been with my daughter, Hannah. We have been to the Oil Painters of America convention together, and painted in Santa Fe and Escalante Plein Air in beautiful Utah. From Ghost Ranch to Calf Creek Waterfall, she is my biggest supporter as I am for her.
“The joy of watching her grow into the artist she is has been double rewarding as a mom and artist. Hannah has been winning awards for her talent since first grade and she is currently working on her MFA at Florida State University. Every day with my daughter is a joy.”
