Important 20th-century painter Andrew Wyeth features in an exhibition that addresses the artist’s profound use of windows in his work.
 
The National Gallery of Art presents an exhibition exploring the imagery of the window in artworks by Andrew Wyeth. “Andrew Wyeth: Looking Out, Looking In” runs May 4 through November 30. The exhibition features 60 watercolors, drawings, and tempera paintings.
