Lynnette Vaughan won Best of Show for her piece “Low Tide.” Second Place went to Cathy Morgan for “Tarpon Springs Jungle,” while Mitch Kolbe won Third for “Outboard Boneyard” — he also won the Quick Draw competition with another painting.
