Plein Air Westfield returned this July for its second year, and the winners of the competition, held in western New York, were recently announced. 

Roberta Staat took Best in Show. Al Newman placed Second, with Diane White winning Third Place. Tarryl Gable won the Johnson Estate Winery Award for Best Landscape. Charles Snell took home the JFM Enterprises Award for Excellence, while Sally Hootnick, Claire Carnell, Elissa Gore, Thomas Annear, and Jane Albin won Honorable Mention awards.

Katherine Galbraith, owner of the Station Art Gallery & Studio in Westfield, New York, served as juror. Paintings from the competition were hung in her gallery.
