Looking Ahead – A Special Note from Eric Rhoads: Autumn holds a special allure for the artist’s eye — the dazzling display of colors, the dramatic light, and the serene landscapes. And painting fall color is a challenge. Too bright, it’s garish. Too low-key, it’s boring. But you’ll have a chance to practice intense color several times a day for a solid week. I’d like to personally invite you to experience this magic firsthand at our Fall Color Week Art and Painting Retreat led by me, PleinAir Magazine’s founder and publisher, Eric Rhoads.
