A top prize of $4,000 will attract many applicants to this contest based in Arkansas.

Andre Pater will serve as judge and award the $4,000 Best in Show prize, along with a $2,000 Second Place, $1,000 Third Place, and a $1,000 merit award reserved for an Arkansas artist. The contest benefits the nonprofit SouthWest Artists Inc. and is hosted by Mena Art Gallery in Mena, Arkansas.
