Thirty plein air painters will congregate in the Allegheny Mountains in October for the 5^th Annual Bath County Plein Air Festival. To be one of them, prepare your application now.

The event will run Oct. 2-8 and its headquarters will be Warm Springs, VA. More than $6,000 in prize money is on the line. The organizers boasts of “panoramic vistas, meandering streams and open meadows, family farms, and charming village scenes” for participants to paint.
