What does it take to make it 30 years in the gallery world? A lot of heart and a lot of strong artworks.

An established exhibitor of oil paintings, pastels, and watercolor work, Waterhouse Gallery in Santa Barbara, California, will celebrate its 30th year this month. For a gallery committed to displaying quality representational work from contemporary artists, there’s no better way to commemorate such a milestone than another handsome exhibition of paintings. A 30th Anniversary Exhibition, featuring gallery and guest artists, will premiere at Waterhouse Gallery on November 22.

“The 30-year journey has been a labor of love,” says gallery owner Diane Waterhouse. “We have met so many wonderful people over the years and helped launch several young artists at the beginning of their careers. We only show works that we love, and our enthusiasm comes from the heart.”
