The Phillips Collection in Washington, D.C., hosts an exhibition of Neo-Impressionism that displays more than 70 paintings and works on paper. “Neo-Impressionism and the Dream of Realities: Painting, Poetry, Music” opens September 27 and continues through January 11, 2015.
