The California Art Club gathered 17 artists to paint at La Casita del Arroyo for one week, with a special exhibition and sale capping the event, benefiting the nonprofit’s gardens and the CAC’s educational programs. When can you buy some of these fresh, fine pieces?

August 2 is the day of the show, which will be held at La Casita de Arroyo Foundation, in Pasadena, California.

“The California Art Club is delighted to have this opportunity to paint at La Casita, as the environs of the Arroyo Seco continue to be a favorite painting site for many of our organization’s artists,” says Peter Adams, president of the CAC. “It is also appropriate that we are documenting in paintings how beautiful and resilient water-wise gardens can be as Californians continue to live with severe drought conditions.”
