Curt Walters is featured with four new paintings at the 2015 Quest for the West Show & Sale, on view now through October 11 at the Eiteljorg Museum in Indianapolis.
Walters, a star instructor for the 2016 Plein Air Convention & Expo, slated for April 15-19 in Tucson, is well known for his masterful depictions of the Grand Canyon. This is the 10th year for Quest for the West, which showcases Western art and Native American art — the only art show and sale of its kind east of the Mississippi River. Museum representatives report that the show’s opening night saw $1.1 million in sales.
“Alizarin Hues of August,” by Curt Walters, oil, 8 x 6 in.
