Debra Joy Groesser: “Late Day Reverie, Narada Lake” (16×20 oil) will be included in the American Impressionist Society’s 23rd Annual National Juried Exhibition, opening September 15th at Mary Williams Fine Arts, Boulder Colorado. This is a studio painting done from a plein air reference. Narada Lake is part of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore in Michigan – a beautiful, peaceful hidden gem. I’ve painted it several times to capture its many moods at different times of day.
